here are our suggestions for the New-Orlean Class Recon Destroyer, the Fleet Version of the Lafayette-Class Recon Destroyer.

• New-Orleans Class Recon Destroyer [Beams | ViL]
• New-Orleans Class Recon Destroyer [Cannons | ViL]

Builds for the KDF Fleet Ketha Recon Raptor are equal to the Fed ones.
Both ships could be used from their alligned sub factions (Romulan/Jem’hadar) too.

As an experimental Weapon the Voice of the Prophets would be the strongest “free” one. A good Zen one would be the Railgun. The best might be the Protomatter Sheller from the Tzenkethi Shuk-Din Escort.
