As for all builds, the skilltree/ship build works for all professions and factions!
On the lieutenant universal pilot boff tacticalfor the elachi s’ateth escort you put tachyon beam when that is a science boff ability
It’s an error that was caused by an update on the Stoacademy page. Those builds are more than 3.5 years old, so they are outdated anyway and not recommended any more.
